1. Agreement
These Terms govern use of GhostRate, operated by Cresentrix Solutions Private Limited. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy.
2. The service
GhostRate provides anonymous feedback boards, account administration, analytics, and optional assisted analysis. You are responsible for your board content, invite recipients, lawful use, and the accuracy of organization information you provide.
3. Subscriptions and trials
Paid plans renew monthly or annually as shown at checkout until cancelled. Dodo Payments is the merchant of record for online purchases and handles checkout, taxes, receipts, refunds, and payment disputes. Trial eligibility and duration are shown before checkout. Cancelling stops future renewal; access continues through any paid period unless the account is suspended for misuse.
4. Refunds
Refund requests are assessed under the policy displayed by Dodo Payments at checkout and applicable consumer law. GhostRate does not promise a separate unconditional refund period unless it is expressly shown in the checkout terms.
5. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and secure, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change features or plan limits with reasonable notice where the change materially affects a paid subscription.
6. Suspension and termination
You may cancel your subscription or request account closure. We may suspend access for security threats, unlawful conduct, non-payment, or material breach of these Terms.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with jurisdiction over the operator's registered office will have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
